Rezumat

One of the factors that exert a major influence on the process of innovation is man. Creativity is an attribute of man, who must know how to manage going off the beaten track. A creative individual must therefore be able to identify problems waiting to be solved, to put forward ideas to help address problems and to effectively solve them. In order to turn ordinary people into innovative people, a series of techniques and methods of stimulating creativity have been developed that can foster the generation of new ideas or facilitate finding the best novel solutions. All countries must have the capacity to innovate, as the use of technology cannot be fully leveraged without the ability to create, especially by adapting products and processes to local conditions.
