Many of the EU-28 SMEs are run by selfemployed micro business enterprises. EU officials pay great attention to this sector of economy and develop its human resources in the frameworks of different special programs. In this article the European experience in this sphere is presented. In view to the significance of micro business sector in Moldova, the algorithm of this experience application in our country is offered. |
