Rezumat

Dynamic development processes arising from European integration aspirations of the Republic of Moldova and democratic transformations undergone by our country, mandatory requirements for a state of law, impose a complex of measures to reform the security forces, including the Carabineer Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in relation to European standards in order to meet quality compliance and operational tasks and expectations of civil society. Achieving the expected results depend very much on how the Department of the Carabineer Troops is done the training and professional development of military personnel. Namely, ensuring a high level capacity of military personnel to perform their tasks effectively both current as well as potential ones, is essential for the Department of the Carabineer Troops in the context of reforming the police structures with military status.
