| Rezumat | ||||||
The pilot-project Management System of Documents and Authorities Registrations APC (SIGEDIA) is part of the Action Plan for the initiative implementation “Paperless Government”. The project is the result of the State Chancellery public policy proposal from 2011. The purpose of this initiative was to identify and implement an effective and efficient documents circulation system throughout the Government, that would simplify and, in the same time, accelerate the decision making process. Following the analysis carried out, a document management information system was chosen. |
