Rezumat

Organizational culture is a complex notion, which characterizes, culturally, a specific organization. As it is known, the economic organizations exist in order to produce goods material and offer services for customers. The organization can’t function only on the basis of technologies and managerial hierarchy. People work within the organization that involve relations between them, relatives that they accumulate and apply, myths that they generate, values that they join and propose as reference in relation with the world around them.
