The Germany is a federal republic formed by lands with polycentric structure. The performance evaluation in Germany is used as an important element in human resource decisions. Evaluation is obligatory for almost all the employees and is conducted under the form of meetings with immediate superior, as well as obtaining feedback once in 2 years. It is used a number of features and are taken a series of measures to performance evaluation, as quality and actuality of results and improving competences and personal skills. |
