The present article includes general information about the right to live, like a supreme value of law state. Also, this article contains some informations about human genetics and the intervention in human genetics. This article presents an overview of the conflicting arguments about the moment of beginning and the ending of life, about the status of human embryo, like a person or a goods. Is realized a short analysis of international acts about the intervention in human genetics. |
