This article comes with an overview of the legislative and practical importance of administrative contract and the ways to achieve it in the judiciary system. Thus, it described the place, value and influence that has administrative contract in the courts of Moldova. Also it describe in a general way, with certain practical aspects, the ways of its dependent objects, subjects (recipients) of the contract, and finally, the advantages or disadvantages generated by this type of contract. |
