The control is an instrument of determination of the way in which acts at called to realize the provisions of the act, as well as their compliance with the aim of the law getting the execution which was issued. The state control serves as well as a mean of insurance of safety guarantee and to achieve the human rights and freedoms. This control is exercised in accordance with the competence by the state public authorities. At the same time the list of organs of surveillance and control over the observance of labor legislation, consacrated in table of contents of art.371 from CM of RM carriers an indicative caracter in the legislative acts, it may be dedicated to other competent bodies with functions of supervision and control in the mentioned field. The State is obliged to control the labor reports through appropiate organs, in addition these organs need to be formed only of independent employees.
