The article approaches some aspects related to the relationship between elitism and bureaucracy in the rapidly changing conditions of society. Special attention is given to fundamental issues related to the place and role of elite and bureaucracy in the political-administrative system, approaching specifically the interconnection between the political elite and bureaucracy in the modernization and democratization of Moldovan society. It concludes that our country needs a new paradigm for the democratic governance of society, a paradigm that involves reorganization of the operation of the entire political system, which means its resetting of all the components. |
