Teza

The antiaggregative activity of novel RGD mimetics containing phthalimidine (2,3dihydroisoindol-1-one) fragment was explained by the inhibition of fibrinogen binding to α IIb β 3 receptor [1]. The single crystal X-ray data were obtained for five mimetics in the forms of trifluoroacetate (Tfa) or hydrochloride salts and hydrated zwitter-ions. To shed light on the reasons that cause the aggregation of these mimetics the supramolecular interactionsand association patterns in the crystalsof these compoundshave been investigated. The overview of crystal packings demonstrates interplay of charge-assisted and conventional hydrogen bonds in these systemsmanifested in the form of different centrosymmetric and non-centrosymmetric homomeric and heteromeric association patterns and accompanied by the acid-base proton migration.
