В статье представлены результаты экспериментальных исследований упаковок для хранения плодоовощной продукции с повышенной тепловой инерционностью. Проведено сравнение влияния колебаний температуры воздуха в камере на температуру продукции при хранении яблок в контейнерах с прослойкой из жидкости с высокой тепловой инерцией и без прослойки.  

In article results of experimental studies of packaging for storage of fruits and vegetables with high thermal inertia. The influence of fluctuations in air temperature in the chamber at the temperature of the product during storage of apples in containers with a layer of liquid with high thermal inertia and without the interlayer. A comparison of the influence of fluctuations in air temperature in the chamber to a temperature of products during storage of apples in containers with a layer of liquid with high thermal inertia and without the interlayer.  

Lucrarea prezintă rezultate ale studiilor experimentale de ambalaje pentru depozitare de fructe şi legume, cu inertie termica mare. O comparaţie a influenţei de fluctuaţii ale temperaturii aerului în camera de la o temperatură de produse în timpul depozitării de mere în recipiente cu un strat de lichid, cu inerţie termică mare şi fără stratul intermediar.
