The analysis undertaken offers an overall scientific and in this context is on examining their consecutive development academy phenomena, providing an overview of the conceptual evolution of the this phenomena. This article examines the etymology of the word derives from the Greek Akademia. Later, modern Academies appear in Italy. The article includes a holistic literature and documents of the phenomena Academy in Europe. The Slav-Greek-Latin Academy (or Vasilian) from Iasi (1640) created by the ruler of Moldova, Vasile Lupu, also becomes extremely important. In the modern epoch, the Academy of Public Administration was founded 24 years ago according to Decree No. 73 of May 21, 1993. |
