Rezumat

The present article touches upon the problem of teaching grammar, an important and significant aspect of learning a foreign language. Stress should be put not on learning grammar structures by heart but on conscious understanding and use in communication, in oral speech. There are various traditional techniques for mastering grammar, but the use of new technologies give the possibility to learners to interact, to communicate in a natural way. Presentation of grammar rules without communicative exercises may not be useful for learners. Grammar should never be taught as an end in itself but as a combination of social factor or discourse, it should be integrated into communicative activities. Technology has been advancing at a fast rate, this is interactive white board, which has positive effects on the grammar teaching process.
