In the process of transformations that take place in contemporary society, a special role is played by organizational health. Being a factor that determine the success of the organization's activity, organizational health is an essential element, indispensable for the progress of the school. The field of study of organizational health has a relatively recent history. The term began to be widely used in the 1990s of the last century. The interest in organizational health is explained by the fact that at the current stage such large-scale processes mark the world community as the globalization of the economy and the computerization of society, which has led to the emergence of new forms and methods of organizing human activity. The pace of technological change imposes new demands on the practices of organizations and people working within them. Under these circumstances, the organization focuses more on knowledge and communication than on control and administrative hierarchy. The new technologies assume the positioning of the human potential on the first level, and the organizational technology, in the structure of which there are not only norms and rules, formal, but also informal procedures. The totality of values, processes, and behavioral norms accepted in an organization as a common basis of action becomes a dominant of the collective thinking of the human group, through which it solves problems of adaptation to the external environment and internal integration. |
