Rezumat | |||||
Knowledge of management styles, from different perspectives, is extremely necessary for a manager. First understand their weaknesses and strengths. Secondly, it allows understanding of the behavior of collaborators. Although it is difficult for a management style to achieve perfection, it can tend to crystallize such a style. The higher the positive effects of a management style, the longer the practice is associated with more positive effects, the more it is adapted and appropriate not only from the group but also from the social-historical ones, the more the style will be more effective. We consider that the managerial activity is a complex one, having both an educational, professional and a human component. The art of communicating with subordinates, finding the optimal way for you to pass on job assignments, or to set the goals to be achieved in performing a performing work is one of the key features of a successful managerial personality. |
