This article “Doctrine approaches on the problems of prevention of infractions in the process of public order insurance” attempts to analyze the doctrine approaches on the highly complex problem – the prevention of infractions in the process of public order insurance. The actuality of the scientific approach lies in the fact that at the moment the police are confronted with major problems regarding the provision of public order and especially the prevention activity. This article presents a doctrinal approach to the phenomenon of crime prevention, namely on the extent of ensuring public order. Both the doctrine of the European Union and that of Russia were investigated, thus making a foray into the comparative law. The author concludes that at the moment there are deficiencies in this activity Therefore, at the end of the article, the author comes up with some recommendations to remedy the situation. |
