| Rezumat | ||||||
The civil suit is an activity, which is unfolding in time and it consists of a complex procedural acts that be accomplished at random and they have to be thoroughly analyzed by law. As a rule, the conditions of civil procedural acts designate legal exigencies, which are to be respected and it also shows the fixed terms for them to take place. There are special procedural limits beyond which it isn’t tolerable fro the promotion and the development of the suit. A brief presentation of the general conditions of procedural acts is imposed as a necessary premise in dealing with the nullity of the penalty. |
