Articolul 6 ter al Convenţiei de la Paris – aspecte teoretice și practice. Autorii prezintă aspecte ale protecţiei simbolurilor conform articolului 6 ter al Convenţiei de la Paris. Informatia relatată ar servi la crearea unei viziuni a publicului asupra protecţiei conform Articolului 6 ter. Un scop aparte al lucrării este informarea și atenţionarea în legătură cu subiectul analizat a persoanelor implicate în elaborarea semnelor care urmează a fisupuse înregistrării și protecţiei în calitate de mărci, întru evitarea potenţialelor conflicte cu simbolurile care au obţinut protecţie conform articolului 6 ter.

The related information would serve to create a public view on the protection under Article 6ter. A particular purpose of the paper is to inform and alert in relation to the analyzed subject the persons involved in the development of signs to be registered and protected as trademarks in order to avoid potential conflicts with the symbols that have obtained protection under Article 6ter.
