This document presents a draft plan for the World Digital Library following the WDL partner meeting in Washington of June 22-23,2010 and the formal designation of the Library of Congress as WDL institutional project manager. The plan focuses on the medium-term, defined as the period to December 2011, but also looks to longer-term objectives to be pursued in January 2012-June 2015, when the Library will be completing its term as project manager. Following a summary of milestones and targets, the document is organized as follows: • Section I reviews accomplishments to date. • Section II outlines priority tasks for the future, focusing on the period to December 2011. • Section III outlines longer-term objectives, for the period 2012-2015. • Section IV specifies resource requirements for accomplishing the tasks outlined in the plan Additional information is contained in the appendices at the end of the document.
