Electrodeposits of Со-Мо-Р alloys have been electrodeposited at direct current ranged 1 to 15 А/dm2 and pH 4−6, from a citrate electrolyte with ammonium hypophosphite at different temperature 28 ºС and 60 ºС. In order to evaluate interrelation of structure, morphology, and properties of the obtained electrodeposits have been investigated by SEM, EDX, wear resistance and microhardness. It is shown, that at increasing of electrolyte pH from 4 to 6 phosphorus content in electrodeposits decrease and molybdenum content growing. It is shown correlation between microhardness, wear resistance and content of phosphorous in coatings. |
