Геральдическая подвеска № 101 и несколько замечаний о правовом статусе держателей подвесок В статье публикуется новая находка древнерусской геральдической подвески — верительного знака, принадлежавшего должностному лицу государственного аппарата «державы Рюриковичей». Хорошая сохранность предмета позволила уточнить описание и осмысление двух ранее известных геральдических подвесок, а также вернуться к проблеме правового статуса геральдических подвесок с изображением княжеских гербов на обеих сторонах. Подвески с изображениями на обеих сторонах гербов двух князей-наместников материализовали собой властные полномочия князей-дуумвиров, являвшихся в разное время коллективными наместниками великого князя в землях Северной Руси.

Pandantivul heraldic nr. 101 și unele comentarii despre statutul legal al deţinătorilor de pandantive În prezentul articol este introdus în circuitul știinţifi c un nou pandantiv heraldic vechi rusesc — un semn distinctiv, care aparţinea unui funcţionar din „statul Riurikovicilor”. Păstrarea în bune condiţii a piesei ne permite să precizăm descrierea și interpretarea şi a altor două pandantive heraldice descoperite mai demult, precum și să ne referim din nou la problema statutului legal al pandantivelor heraldice cu reprezentările blazoanelor nobiliare pe ambele părţi. Astfel, pandantivele cu reprezentările unor blazoane diferite pe ambele părţi materializau împuternicirile de guvernare ale knejilor-duumviri, care în diferite timpuri exercitau funcţiile reprezentanţilor marelui kneaz în Rusia de Nord.

Heraldic Pendant no. 101 and Some Comments About the Legal Status of Pendants' Holders The paper published a new Old Rus’ heraldic pendant — a sign of credence owned by an offi cial of the “Rurikovhiches’ state”. Good preservation of the object helped to clarify the description and understanding of the two previously known heraldic pendants, as well as return to the problem of the legal status of the heraldic pendants with the image of Prince’s emblems on both sides. The emblems of the Grand Duke and prince-regent combined on the same credential badge testify the authority of the owner of the pendant to act on behalf of the prince-regent, whose rights are defi ned by the supreme ruler of the state. Pendants with images of the emblems of the two princes-governors on both sides materialized the authority of the duumvur-princes who at diff erent times were collective governors of the Grand Duke in the lands of Northern Rus’.
