The article analyzes the parliamentary elections in Moldova November 30, 2014. It examines the work of the election administration, election platforms of candidates and election monitoring by international and national observers. They are also widely studied types of electoral campaign in activities during the election campaign and election coverage in the media. They deal with candidates in the election campaign slogans and voter rea-ction on these slogans. It makes the conclusion that the parliamentary elections of 2014 have shown that the problem of Moldovan political system transforma-tion into a democratic party system is not removed from the agenda. Even if the pro-European parties won them ost votes and seats (55) and had enough votes to elect the President of Parliament, but they have failed to obtain there quired number of mandates independently to solve all problems (Head choice State changes and amendments in the Constitution etc.).
