Rezumat

The article examinees the issue of integration of Moldovan labor migrants in the EU, taking into account the commitment of the EU member-states to pro-mote the idea of migrants‟ integration as a factor of economic development and social cohesion aiming at economic growth and cultural enrichment. The integ-ration of the Moldovan labor migrants is examined through such indicator, as legal and political rights, social and economic integration, cultural integration, as well as on the basis of MIPEX methodology. The author concludes that the process of social adaptation and integration of Moldovan labor migrants oc-curs rather efficiently that could reduce the eventual possibilities of return back home. Therefore, the Moldovan authorities should take into account that reality in the process of drafting and implementation of migration policies aimed on return and reintegration of Moldovan labor migrants from the EU member sta-tes.
