In this article is analyzed such topics as the resizing of the current security environment, especially after the collapse of bipolar international system and terrorist attacks from USA in September 11, 2001, which generated the crisis of international relations, the reorganization of international security organizati-ons and redefining concepts of fighting against international terrorism. More than this the power factors tend to enhance the structures that hold the main role in ensuring the most advantageous position in the new security architecture |
