| Rezumat | ||||||
The civil procedural law is concerning special regulation on the stability of civil circuit and also of an enforced judicial act. For this reason the procedure of revising a judicial act has limits that allow putting into action a request of revising a judicial act for express reasons and conditions only. The present study is dedicated to the jurisdiction of a revising court. It presents interest in the idea of a finality of judicial act as an act of justice. There fore it is very important to study the procedure, contain and the limits of the judicial decision that can be performed by the revising court. |
