The article describes “Tristan Tzara’s notebooks”, international cultural journal, devoted to modern avangard. It is edited by Vasile Robciuc, in Moinesti, Romania. The authors views some issues of the journal. In her opinion, the specific feature of this journal is a combination of theoretic research on Romanian Avangard and examples of modern Arts esthetic experiments. It supply readers a detailed picture of modern arts process at universal and national level. The author draws readers attention to the problem lack of international terminology on avangarde movement. In conclusion some general problems of the theory of modern arts are considered.
