This article analyzes the political parties in the interaction between the state and civil society in Moldova in Transition. It points out that political parties are political institutions of the political system of the state and political power is primarily organized state power and legitimate. As a fundamental institution of state power is a force independent of individual will, a force that's not only able to give orders and make them able to be run. Moreover, it highlights that political parties are one of the most important political institutions of modern democratic society which actively contribute to strengthening ties between the state and civil society. Political parties work together with civil society to the extent that there is no risk to exert pressure on individuals, emphasizing that it is important that political parties and civil society to act within the law. It is noted that the democratic changes in the Republic of Moldova to the appearance and affirmation of the NGO sector as one of the key levers in the functioning of civil society. In 2014 the country had recorded over 8,600 non-governmental organizations working in various areas: rural development, environment, health, education, human rights, scientific societies, etc. The result of the research concluded that the building of pluralist democracy and multiparty affirmation, assertion of civil society, ensuring public debates contribute effectively to the establishment of the Republic of Moldova of a new political space. |
