Rezumat

In a democratic country, elections are the people's attitude towards power indicator and the promotion of it. Under a multi-party system, voters can influence voting situation in the country, real political forces which expresses the aspirations of the masses properly. Diversity of political parties and movements, programs and manifestoes proposed by them, give citizens a wide range of options. Voting is the most common act, sometimes the only way of political participation of the majority of citizens in most political regimes. Free elections, held in data provider, provided the constitutionally, allowing extensive participation of all citizens and exclusion criteria limited to age, build, maintain, support and make it work all democratic regimes. Election campaigns have always been a special event in the political life of society. Namely in the elections organized on democratic principles, the adult population is a real possibility, while also constitutional to express attitudes towards political institutions of society, from political parties and formations, to certain political leaders. The electoral system is not neutral. It influences, depending on the context, the party system. Elections constitute the basic principle of representative democracy. Electoral area is vast and dynamic; it is not limited to time periodic elections, but is presented as a continuum of activities that end with elections.
