This study formulates the problem of misfit of actual dialogue to the structure of contemporary world which leads to some nasty consequences. In this text there are presented several reasons which led to this situation. One is that the science about humans and moral desynchronizes with the technical ones. The improvement of the dialogue culture in the world requires the development of a new worldview which will be based on an idea of global history common for entire humanity. It is the formation of a paradigm which can see the world in terms of pluralism and differences. Human consciousness should become cross-cultural and synthetic, addressing all scientific disciplines, ideologies and value systems, without binding to one particular.
