The modern industrial era is characterized by the augmentation of accidents at work and growing illnesses at the workplace. According to the statistics given by the International Labour Bureau, 2 million men and women die each year to their nonobservance or to their employers’ nonobservance of work protection measures. The same source informs us that approximatively 45 of each country GDP (Growth Development Product) is allocated for expenses in this domain, characterized by the amplification of its dimension and gravity.
