As the risks are unavoidable and they appear in all aspects of the business management, the Middle and Small Enterprises must permanently use and bring up-to-date can primarily base on the Successful Critical Factors and then it can be extended into account the risks associated to these factors. In the present work we propose to find a method to identify the risk factors and a strategy to decrease them or even to eliminate them. In this way the Successful Critical Factors are primarily identified and the analysis of these factors and the behaviour of the business depending on the Successful Critical Factors comes after that. Finally we calculate the probability of the risks appearance and their impact on our business.
