In this article is researched the problem of correlation between transnational societies and
direct foreign investitions. ISD advantages are highlighted, the same as theit raport and
international trade. A great attention is paid to the analisez and to the great evolution of the
greatest STN in the world, and their activity in Republic of Mildova.
