The international integration of Romania and orientation of Republic Moldova to
integration into the European community has changed priorities in functioning and development of labor markets of these countries. The analysis of labor markets of Romania and Moldova has shown their similarity on many parameters and as a result problems of functioning of labor markets of these countries have been revealed. The decision of problems was acceptance of the European strategy of employment, as has been carried out by Romania.
