Rezumat

This article describess very important problem for R. Moldova – aggressive behavior of pupils. It demonstrates that good communication decrease chidrens aggressiveness. The schooling inadaptation have devastating consequences to preschoolers, which is the start of an adult who has different psychological problems. These issues have an episodic character or can become a long term phenomenon. Someone becomes aggressive, others becomes isolated from the school group. The preschoolers use to react at their failures having aggressive actions, which are defensive mechanisms of their inadaption to their group, to their failures, to their colegues’ superiority attitude. This was the reason to our intervention. The developing program worked out and aplicated is based on the pupils’ adaptation to their school environment, also on practicing the abilities of communication, on their inter-relationships, as good relations between the collogues and a good stare at school can favour the successes. The preschooler is helped to settle social relationships and to mange with cognitive effort.
