În studiu au fost incluşi 83 de pacienţi cu hemoragie postextracţională dentară (HPD), trataţi local prin aplicarea suturilor, a trombinei umane şi acidului aminocaproic de 5%. S‑a constatat că utilizarea suturilor în cadrul HPD apărute pe fondal trombocitopenic şi antitrombotic corelează cu majorarea numărului recidivelor hemoragice, comparativ cu pacienţii care au fost supuşi, cu acelaşi scop, trombinei umane şi acidului aminocaproic de 5%. În acelaşi timp, recomandăm aplicarea suturilor în cadrul HPD pe fondal de hipertensiune arterială şi de factori locali. Respectarea tacticii adoptate în conduita pacienţilor cu HPD se poate asocia cu micşorarea numărului de recidive hemoragice, iar la pacienţii aflaţi sub medicaţie antitrombotică — cu reducerea riscului de apariţie a evenimentelor tromboembolice.

The study comprised 83 patients with postextractional dental hemorrhages (PDH), they having been treated locally by application of sutures, use of human thrombin and aminocaproic acid of 5%. It has been established that use of sutures in PDH which occured due to thrombocytopenic and antithrombotic causes correlates with the increase of number of hemorrhagic recurrences in comparison with patients who, for the same reasons, have undergone human thrombin and aminocaproic acid of 5%. At the same time we recommend application of sutures in PDH which have occured due to arterial hypertension and local factors. Compliance with the tactics adopted in treatment of patients with PDH can be associated with decrease of hemorrhage recurrences, while in patients under antithrombotic medication it leads to decrease of the risk of occurence of thromboembolic events.
