Rezumat

The international strategy is defined as the company’s major long-term objectives, the major options for their fulfillment, together with the resources of the multinational company, allocated among the business units from different countries, with the view of reaching the competitive advantage according to the mission of the organization. Unique aspects of the international strategic planning are pointed out.
