În prezent, 80-85% din cererile de brevet de invenţie şi de brevet de invenţie de scurtă durată, primite de Secia mecanică, electricitate a AGEPI, nu satisfac cerinţele prevăzute de Legea privind protecţia invenţiilor nr. 50-XVI din 7 martie 2008 şi de Regulamentul privind procedura de depunere şi examinare a cererii de brevet de invenţie şi de eliberare a brevetului. Greşeli de perfectare a cererilor comit şi solicitaţnii, şi reprezentanţii în proprietate industrială, şi mandatarii autorizaţi. Autorul îşi propune să aducă la cunoştiţna solicitanţilor, reprezentanţilor şi mandatarilor autorizaţi ceriţnele de bază, prevăzute de Lege şi Regulament faţă de redactarea materialelor cererii, şi anume: a descrierii, revendicărilor, desenelor explicative şi rezumatului.

Currently, 80-85% of patent and short-term patent applications received by the Mechanical Engineering, Electricity Division of AGEPI do not satisfy the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Inventions no. 50-XVI of 7 March 2008 and the Regulations on the Procedure for Filing and Examination of a Patent Application and Issuance of a Patent. Mistakes as regards drafting of applications also make the applicants, representatives in industrial property and patent attorneys. The author aims to inform applicants, representatives in industrial property and patent attorneys of the basic requirements prescribed by Law and Regulations for the drafting of the application materials, namely: of the description, claims, explanatory drawings and abstract.
