The research was conducted in order to determine the causes of postoperative bleeding in heart surgery. Combining the method of injection with the macro-microscopic study by staining with Schiff’ reagent, we identifi ed and described vasa vasorum internae they been an important component of sources of blood-supply to the ascending aorta, their correlations with other vascular sources, including coronary arteries, but also their correlation to the aortic fat fold.

Cercetarea a fost efectuată cu scopul de a determina cauzele ce provoacă hemoragii postoperatorii în intervenţiile chirurgicale pe cord. Prin combinarea metodei de injectare cu studierea macro- microscopică prin coloraţia cu reactivul Schiff, au fost evidenţiate şi descrise vasa vasorum internae ca un component important al vascularizaţiei aortei, corelaţiile lor cu alte surse vasculare, inclusiv cu arterele coronare şi, de asemenea, raportul lor faţă de plica adipoasă.
