This article is a summary of the main trends in feminist critical thinking of the 20th century. The causes of reductionism in evaluation of feminine artistic works are explained and the debates initiated by promoters of feminist/feminine theory and criticism are reviewed. Via resourced research and valuing of a considerable number of feminine texts there were highlighted „special features” offemale writing. Namely this allowed the author to take into consideration a continuity of tradition in feminine writing in terms ofthematic and formal-stylistic components and therefore the to claim the existence of a „feminine aesthetics.” |
