The article „Myths and symbols in the novel Adam and Eve by Liviu Rebreanu” tries to achieve a critical interpretation of the myth in the novel. We analyze the quest myth of life and death, the phenomenon of reincarnation and avatars, the myth of duality, the dual theme and duplication, the significance of sight in the novel, symbolic deciphering of numbers seven, three, thirteen. The theme of life and death that novel Adam and Eveapproaches is part of that center of literature that has tried to find critics of the myths. |
