Rezumat

This article presents an analysis of power relations through the participati-on of political parties forming the government. Support and training of execu-tive power depends on the political regime of the state. Executives at the train-ing ranges Parliament through the parliamentary majority (Parliamentary poli-tical regime) and President of the State, forming the presidential offices in the presidential political regimes, and when political regimes play an important role in semi-executive training, especially where there is a stable parliamentary majority. Multiparty system of Moldova creates conditions for the subjects of multiple relationship „government-opposition”. In the parliament there and there al-ways have enough subjects to test policies for collaboration and communication capabilities of the representatives of the political class. The struggle for the po-ssession and exercise of political power requires both confrontation and coope-ration, or the majority of government level or at the level of political opposition. Fight for holding political power is the most powerful means of curdling and coalition, as well as the most important catalyst for political conflict. The study urges the authority to issue concerned the identification of three aspects that influence the ability of opposition cooperation with the govern-ment: the doctrine, the subjective (interpersonal relations), the number of seats the party held or political power.
