Rezumat

At the beginning, the author made a comparison between the Russian-Moldovan conflict on the territory of Republic of Moldova and a few other conflicts, like those between China and Taiwan, between Greece and Turkey in Cyprus, the conflict in the Northern Ireland, Chechnya and so on. The author presents the four ways of solving such conflicts, pointing out that within the case of Republic of Moldova there is no base for adopting the federal or con-federal system of organizing and building of the state. The author reflected in his article the stages of the solving of the conflict, which are the tactical-military and the political-legal. Unfortunately, till now there is not a clear mechanism of solving the conflict, adopted by the Moldovan authorities. Because all the agreements signed between the leaders of the regime of occupation in Tiraspol and the leaders of Republic of Moldova in Chisinau are not implemented, the conclusion is that the single agreement which is followed and respected by the two parts of the conflict is the agreement of July 21, 1992, signed in Moscow by the presidents Eltsin and Snegur, which ultimately finished the war between Russia and Republic of Moldova and did draw the border between Republic of Moldova and the zone of the Russian occupation.
