Rezumat

In this article the author reflects a problem of political and moral values in a foreign policy context in a transition period. The role and accordingly the relation to a problem of mutual relations grow in foreign policy between political and moral values. And it is not casual. Many modern crises in economy, the politician are provoked by crisis of values and morals The values assign one of the possible limiting frameworks of social-cultural activity of the person. There is no accurate definition of values. But, nevertheless, practically each company has moral and political values. Now there is a tendency of increasing the role of moral values and norms in settlement of the international relations, especially in the countries that are in transition period. Therefore as, in the very transition period in society takes place the revaluation of certain moral standards and values, both in the public and political plan. Now the Republic of Moldova as well as other states on the post-Soviet territory is in a transition period, carrying out deep reforms in sphere of a policy, economy, in system of values from totalitarianism to democracy. Objectives of foreign policy of the states move ahead depending on certain political and moral values and the purposes for preservation sovereignty and independence of the states and maintenance of territorial integrity, safety and a social welfare.
