The article analyzes the main stages on the establishment of diplomatic relation between of Republic of Moldova and Republic of Belarus in the early ´90-s taking into account the historical context of international diplomatic relations after the collapse of the USSR. An important aspect of the article is the listing and interpretation of the factors that led to the establishment of a collaboration based on principles of friendship and mutual support and international relation. Ad the same time the author of the article emphases the beginning of the Moldovan-Belorussian diplomacy after the declaration based on equality and mutual respect. The author comes to materialize the cooperation aspect of the two countries under different international organizations like the UN, the CIS, the OSCE, and the European Council. Due too the diplomatic and friendly relations the partnership between of Republic of Moldova and Republic of Belarus bear an active character in other areas such as economy, trade, culture, etc. Moldovan-Belarusian relations have evolved between years 1991-2005 progressive and political dialogue between the two countries has acquired a constant, constructive. Agreement signed during this period was meant to ensure further development of friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between Moldova and Belarus.
