| Rezumat | ||||||
This article is making a study of the nowadays features of the national and
international security environment. Also here is analyzed the dichotomy military
/ non-military within the security concept. In this regard, it is primary to emphasize
the fact that this dichotomy has no impact on the analysis process; furthermore,
it has extended the sphere of implementation of the security concept
till the security policies set up at all levels. |
