Rezumat

This article wants to distinguish the ways of the political participation in a society which changes. In the same way, it tries to bring to light the grounds which form the base of the political involving of the moldovan citizens. At the same time that we would like to show, that the political involving of the citizens in a transition state is limited to their taking part to the political elections; and we would like to describe the particularities of this type of participation. In this way, involving the mases as an active actor into the political process, establishing of a trasparent and trully dialogue with the political class and forming a civil society are the premises of forming a healthy political partecipation type. The transition period is characterized by instability and chaos at all levels of the global social system. In this meaning all the changes that took place during the period of independence of the Republic of Moldova left a deep imprint on the daily life of citizens, on their mentality and social-political behavior. Uprooting the paternalism and the absorption of the democratic political values will increase mases' interest towards political domain. The role of the masses will be positive only in the situation when the political society will represent the interests of citizens and the masses will wish to take part to the political life of its country. And when the reforms will be well rated and there will be a logical coherence between different reforms, it also would have a positive reflection on their role.
