In this article I will talk about payroll which is part of the personnel mana-gement process and is the main form of financial motivation of a company's employees and choosing a convenient way of payroll will contribute to the flourishing of the company. By re-munerating the staff, the financial rights of the employees are established and the due amounts are paid, as they were established at the conclusion of the employment contracts. Fair and balanced pay remains a key area in human resource management, with important implications for the quality of life, the mood among employees and the competitive position of the organi-zation on the market. For employees, the salary is the main source of income for consumption and accumulation, and for the employer it is an operating cost that can sometimes reach signi-ficant proportions (between 50 and 80%) in total costs. Hence the dual nature of pay: the employee is interested in maximizing the salary, while the employer seeks to minimize it. This controversy is constantly present in the life of organizations and is a source of conflict and many disputes resolved through collective bargaining and knowledge of all possible ways of pay will help the employee and the employer to find a common denominator convenient for both. |
