In this paper, the most important methods were analyzed, means that could help companies to reach a higher level of labor productivity. We consider the topicality of the research to be increased because there is a need to identify concrete ways to overcome the pandemic crisis and to restore labor productivity to values up to the pandemic. The following were used as research methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, scien-tific abstraction. In conclusion, we mention that in order to overcome the negative effects of the pandemic crisis, it is necessary to motivate employees to be productive, to send them to courses, trainings, to develop their potential. |
