Rezumat

This article is dedicated to the study of the level of calcium, magnesium and iron at wrestling athletets, in rest state and after a physical efort. The following research shows that the level of calcium and magnesium ions at wrestling athletes in resting state is at the lower line of the norm, compared to the control group. After performing the physical effort on the veloergometer, the values of calcium and magnesium ions decrease in both groups. After performing the physical effort on the veloergometer, an increase in the iron level in the researched groups is established, which can be explained by the fact that during a physical effort, due to the reduction of oxygen level, the hemoglobin level increased to compensate this decrease and iron levels also increased. The results obtained in this research allow us to recommend the wrestling athletets, to introduce additional the use of studied by us ions, which will be able to compensate the losses from urine and perspiration and to improve the mineral status of the body.
